• Reliability: This IS NOT a side gig-I am building into a small, full time pet care business. I have a history of professionalism in education that I am carrying into this one. Many young pet sitters cannot offer this level of reliability, maturity, and professionalism.

boarding rates

Dogs 20 pounds and under:

• $45 per night (plus $35 per additional dog)
• $40 per night for extended stay (more than 3 ​nights) plus $30 per additional dog
• $10 fee for pick-up and/or drop-off after 5pm

Dogs over 20 pounds:

• Please contact me to discuss if your dog will be ​a good fit with my 4 pound yorkipoo puppy.
  

Add $10 per night for shedding breeds

A 20% deposit is required for FMSD long weekends & breaks; ​refundable if cancelled with 7 day notice.

Boarding Policies

• Click for a full policy disclosure and read before booking a meet and greet.
  
• 20% deposit required for boarding; refundable with at least 7 days notice.for FMSD long weekends and ​breaks (including summer break).
  
• Understand that there could be other dogs boarding or in daycare at the same time. If you book a stay ​ahead of others, this will not guarantee that your dog will be the only guest. If you prefer an exclusive ​booking, I will accommodate at a higher rate (boarding only, deposit required, and subject to availability).
• Vaccination records and proof of flea/tick/heart worm prevention, and a completed and signed ​agreement are required before a stay is considered booked.
• Holidays/School Vacations: Preference will be given to those that book the entirety of the vacation and ​will be given a discounted rate. Partial stays will be accepted based on availability at a higher nightly ​rate.
• Interviewing: more than one missed or tardy interview (meet & greet) will result in declining all future ​inquiries and stays at BHTC, LLC.
• Tega Cay environment: Understand that there is a wildlife presence. All dogs will always be fully ​supervised while outside, however, there are some acts of nature that may still occur. Additionally, due to ​the location and topography of my property, there are human trip/fall hazards. By willingly entering my ​property for an interview, drop off or pick up, or your dog's stay, you release Bella's House Tega Cay, ​LLC. from all liability, injury, illness, and legal claims.
• For safety & liability reasons, I cannot accept dogs with a history of aggression or breeds prone to such. ​Any dogs that attack, bite or attempt to bite another dog will be immediately separated and owner will ​need to make alternative arrangements for care within 3 hours or a mutually agreed upon time.
• All dogs over 6 months of age must be neutered/spayed.
• As owner, you assume full legal, financial, illness and injury responsibility as a result of your dog's ​behavior toward other dogs or humans or due to negligence on your part (i.e., not providing enough ​food, medication, or not being forthcoming about the health of your dog, etc.).

Understand, these policies exist to provide the safest environment for all of our pets.
